Management is very flexible with employee needs and really cares about work life balance. They do their best to listen to employee concerns and fix issues. The culture is very much a "work family" one where everyone will pitch in to help you out if you need it. I loved working here. It was one of the best jobs I ever had.

Local Wisdom is a boutique agency with a number of different service offerings. The company has loyal customers with solid retention. There is a steady pipeline of projects what keep the team busy. They are located in Lambertville NJ which is super cool because the town is a 10 minute scenic walk away. The staff and it’s leadership are a family through and through. There is a nice work life balance with team members having the flexibility to work from home with proper notice.

Like many agencies, Local Wisdom has been feeling the crunch of budget cuts from some its clients. This just adds more pressure on the sales and marketing teams. When it gets busy it gets busy. So it can be stressful at times but nothing out of the ordinary.
