If you enjoy passive aggressive leadership styles, HORRIBLE communication, a toxic work environment, and being highly over worked and under paid then this is the place for you! Do not be fooled by the company outings, and free food - this place is horrible. Jim Flint does NOT take the time to invest in his employees, unless you call a bogus "mandatory" online "training course" investing in employees. He does not listen to the needs of his employees. Local Search Group is horrible down to it's very core. If you plan to be on the 'internal' team then just stay away. There seems to be a lack of trust for the 'internal employees', everything is a priority, and there is a high amount of unnecessary drama. One of the core values of the company is 'Communication' , however LSG is seriously lacks communication in all aspects. This company claims to be a 'modern marketing agency' but the CEO / President does not believe in inbound marketing, nor does the company market themselves - for example, there are typos on the website.... They are not forward thinking and fail to make any positive changes for their employees. Turn over is high for a reason. If you have very low expectations for your first job or internship, Local Search Group is the place for you.
