      The talented people who are not in management positions. They are hard working and positive individuals.

      Cons

      The company invironment and atmosphere created by the President. It's unfortunate to have bad leadership.

      Pros

      I've worked for Local Search Group in a variety of capacities over the past 12 years. Throughout this time, I have always been presented with opportunities for growth, chances to expand my skill set and flexibility to adjust as my current season of life may have changed.

      Cons

      Not a con in my opinion, but it could be for some - you do have to be self led and self managed. There is no babysitting or micromanaging taking place. Do your job and do it well and everything else falls into place.
