Pros

Used to be the experienced staff and team leaders.

Cons

How can a company force people back into the office but also employ remote staff who do not have to follow the office mandate. Having to go to OHC to plead your case is nonsense. Surely after the covid situation this should have brought some empathy by senior leadership but NO! They lied about staff surveys and are not transparent. Wages are woeful and after more than 3 years service when you find out a new remote worker is on more than you ! Smack in the face. Team Leaders employed who have never done the role before ! Spreadsheets for a brand new system that is supposed to be auto allocation! Would not recommend this employer unless you want low wages and inexperienced staff and management

Pros

A salary Remote working. Half day for your birthday.

Cons

Currently thwre is low diversity. Objective singling out of some people. Management style has changed and it is complete micro management. Mostly now Team Leaders have no pensions experience so no longer help with casework like they used to. The salary is not competitive and people are being gaslighted and bullied worse than objectively before. It's hard to keep silent about it when you see your friend in tears.
