Pros
A very vocal and supportive team that, despite operating out of a number of global offices, has managed to remain quite tightly knit. Have found that each team members point of view is heard and taken into account in the decision making progress, whether that relates to the product, commercial strategy or company policy. The team likes to keep an on the future, which is great for the long-term viability of the business.
Cons
The company is growing at a great rate. However, with all young companies, there are growing pains that are being addressed.
