The current office interiors are one of the best available in JLT with ample space and a great view!

A career at Lobo will require complete independence. It'll be best to work with your own clients as soon as possible. The current office location in JLT can be tricky for those who drive to work due to parking limitations. Bear in mind that they still operate as a start-up and hence, you'll need to go the extra mile in order to truly succeed. There are no real cons compared to a lot of companies I've worked with.

They provide only recruitment, which is a very small part of HR. Extremely high rates are quoted to clients, because of which either clients don't give requirements or they give it after giving to every other agency. Unable to provide any better value than competition. Employees don't trust each other or the boss, no helping each other. Even managers won't help or teach you. Managers are not willing to change, especially not open to new technologies related to database. Managers take a cut from your billing. Very rude and arrogant to clients.
