Pay (negotiate the salary as much as possible when you get the offer because you might not get much of the bonus or may not stay more than a year to get your bonus)

High Reliance on open source technology No real machine learning Bad culture Toxic management and coworkers Burnout Questionable HR practices including hiring for positions on maternity leave Lots of narcissistic personalities Obey or go away Managers take credit when things go well and go around assigning blame when things go wrong Just remember that good people leave and bad people stay, at some point there will be more bad than good
