Pros

LoanPro has alot of amazing employees that are keeping things alive. Really cool office with a pool table, lunch room, ping pong, golf simulator, and stocked fridges.

Cons

After almost 3 years there has been a lot of change. It's been unfortunate because there is a lot of potential but people are led by fear. The leaders at LoanPro don't care about you as a person. If you are apart of the clique, you're set and won't have issues but that clique is family and close friends they grew up with. People are extremely underpaid and undervalued. The C Suite leads as a dictatorship and when you don't fit a certain mold, you're out. This is the most toxic workplace and people pretend it doesn't exist. As soon as someone is called out for anything, they'll be the next let go so be careful in sharing your true thoughts and feelings. This company is not a place I would suggest to anyone. Work-life balance is terrible. There is no flexibility to run to a Dr. appt or take care of life events. PTO is as low as it gets also. There are no opportunities to grow as they'll hire outside friends or they've already got those positions mapped out for their family. No executives or leaders will reach out regardless of how long you have worked there. They don't care about you.

Pros

The lending platform has real potential in the fintech market. Many engineers and individual contributors are talented and work hard for customers. Working on implementations provides genuine exposure to complex SaaS integrations and fintech operations.

Cons

Communication is tightly controlled -- employees are actively discouraged from speaking with leaders outside their direct management chain. Escalation paths are unclear, making it difficult to resolve project issues before they compound. Accountability is inconsistent; when delivery problems occur, responsibility is pushed downward rather than addressed at the leadership level. Implementation teams regularly operate without the documentation, cross-team alignment, or planning structure needed for predictable customer outcomes. Performance discussions lack transparency, leaving employees unable to understand how decisions about them are being made. I raised concerns about project realities and internal communication while on the implementation team. Those concerns were not addressed constructively and contributed to my departure.
