Pros
It’s nice working with divices that actually work well to get a stollen car back. Has a good HR in that I’ve seen them do right by the people that are sick, hurt, or has experienced loss.
Cons
Very poorly managed. Run with the culture of an old industrialist where speaking up with ways to improve means risking your job. Management at the highest level rewards those that are yes men rather than those that actually point out problems that need improving.
