      Work life balance is pretty good People very friendly Not much of a rat race Six week holiday Work environment is quite informal

      Head count limits your opportunities to progress Pay is normal, nothing great Too many away days spent planning and nothing changes Quite bureaucratic with many departments having a say in everything
