5yThank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are disappointed to see the issues you had during your time with us and hope that you were able to raise these with your local HR manager.
We have worked hard to create a robust onboarding process and we have many ways of ensuring our peoples’ voices are heard including our regular View survey. We are also looking at our future ways of working to provide greater flexibility to our people about where they do their work – I’m sorry that was not your experience whilst you were with LR.
