The culture here is amazing. It’s one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The team is highly supportive, and the environment is very relaxed. People are talented and capable, so no one has to carry anyone else's weight. Everyone is effective on their own projects.

It's a small startup, so growth opportunities are limited. At a certain point in my career, the work started to feel repetitive, and I wasn't learning as much anymore. There are also no bonuses beyond the base salary.
