Pros

Weekly pay Big stores means lots of exercise SOME managers care about you

Cons

Weekend lunches that most people won’t eat bc it’s cheap, disgusting fast food. Support employees are overlooked as real people and considered expendable. Sales people get contests, prizes and bonuses while everyone else get the bird from corporate. NOBODY at corporate has any idea what the right hand is doing at the same time as the left hand! Projects get sent out with a 24 hour deadline and yet nobody realizes that 3 other projects were sent out two hours prior!

Pros

They have a true open door policy and are willing to humanize themselves to make sure it's understood.

Cons

No cons unless you just don't want to work. Every job has rules and a culture to maintain and protect Living Spaces is no different. But close mouths don't get fed either.

Pros

Growing company. Luckily, the team I worked with wanted me to succeed. The job itself is easy if you know how to talk to people. It's also non-commission. There is a bonus each month if goals are made. Lunch is free on the weekends.

Cons

Very competitive depending who you're working with. Team members can get territorial and act like it's commission based. They will talk about you behind your back. Some of management can be full of toxic positivity. Also, pay is negotiable. Team members who have been there for 10 plus years make less than those who have just started.
