- No real onboarding or handover upon starting job (but you're expected to know everything) - Promised everything during interview process then never followed through, when brought up it's brushed off by management and HR - 0 work life balance, the stress is unreal and mental health isn't taken seriously - No support across teams from others doing the same role on other brands within Unilever Prestige - Horrible management, no real leadership, impossible targets to achieve, even when the brand is in growth it's never good enough and you're grilled during meetings (in front of 20 people) as to why. - Even if you flag to HR the unethical and borderline illegal things your manager has said/done it's brushed off and never taken seriously or lodged as a real complaint - One rule for you another for others depending on who your manager likes - No incentives, no products given, the only time you got freebies was when the products had expired - HR are NOT here to help you, they will be nice while it benefits them then turn on you and make up random policies that were never written down in the handbook or your contract
