      skeleton crew, stopped having art therapy, music therapy, equine therapy, etc. All they care about is the bottom line.

      Their are times when you have to work longer hours than planned due to client occupancy and clients needs

      Free food (sometimes), might be the same entree three days in a row

      Cons

      They did not pay out my vacation time upon leaving. This is a violation of California labor code to withhold time earned. It's a burn out situation, you are on your own.
