      Free food (sometimes), might be the same entree three days in a row

      Cons

      They did not pay out my vacation time upon leaving. This is a violation of California labor code to withhold time earned. It's a burn out situation, you are on your own.

      Free meals provided, paid time off, vacation, flexibility in schedules, 401k plan, insurance benefits, the list goes on!

      Cons

      As is typical in the treatment field, it can be a demanding job that requires a lot of care and attention to clients.
