Pros
As an employee who started with Livestream shortly after graduation, I was given a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. I started in an SDR role that allowed to become highly educated on Livestream's products, learn about the technology of the industry and the importance of live video as a communications tool. In less than a year, I moved to a full-cycle Account Executive role. As I matured in my role, I was trained by managers and outside consultants to improve my sales processes. With these skills, coupled with product knowledge, I feel Livestream provides you with tools you need to hit your quotas and succeed. Compensation is competitive compared to other SaaS companies in our industry. Health and dental are fully covered. Breakfast is free, lunch is $5 pre tax and other amenities like coffee and snacks are provided all day, in our in-house restaurant and break room. Livestream's founders are all still very involved in the company. This is probably my favorite part about the culture. The love for the product, vision and where we ultimately want to see the company go. The CEO and leadership team is hands on, open to feedback and have an open door policy which allows for transparent communication.
Cons
Before moving to Brooklyn, I commuted from New Jersey and this wasn't the easiest. There aren't many food options outside of Roberta's and our in-house restaurant.
