Pros

Pay was okay, my direct supervisor was friendly and tried to make the best of it.

Cons

Upper management including CEO are slimy. Company steals almost all the software it can get its hands on Cheats employees out of overtime and benefit pay No opportunity for advancement Backstabbing and over the shoulder watching, including software on the computer to verify and take screenshots of everything you do, even though said software literally crippled computers and broke down almost daily.

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. I’m sorry to hear you have had a bad experience at our company. With regard to your negative comments I find it surprising that of the 20 Glassdoor reviews on our firm that you are the sole reviewer that feels our firm has a negative outlook and that disapproves of our CEO. With regard to looking over your shoulder, like most technologically progressive firms yes we do have monitoring software on our computers which is there for good reason. I am sorry to hear that you didn’t like that policy. With this being said I won’t lend credibility to your other serious negative comments by responding to them, because they are baseless. We know we are not perfect, but we continuously strive to be a better company. Good luck on your next opportunities and in the future! -Samuel Oliva, CEO.

Pros

Good working hours, good money (if US based)

Cons

They keep developers there with huge amounts of staff and client complaints for no reason. They let clients verbally abuse you and take on new projects with then even after strong advice otherwise. They always try to get Best Place to Work, though they have no regard for employees or breaking federal labor laws.
