The people are warm, welcoming, caring and fun Directors are truly passionate about the studio and doing the right thing Very little crunch and people encouraged to take time off Real concern about people's mental and physical health Accountability and trust across all levels Excting new projects to work on Diversity is a reality, people of all backgrounds Career progression and training offered
Cons
Flat hyerarchy is great, but report lines are sometimes confusing as people don't always report to someone working on the same project Directors very present in development which is good, they just need to ensure they have an unified vision so direction is also clear
