Thank you so much for your feedback. We strive to make LiveWorld a great place to work, and we know it starts with our employees. We are thankful that you were a part of our team. Because it is a job that relies on technology, having tech issues can pose some difficulty. We strive to help as much as possible. Also, shifts can be a challenge, depending on the employee's availability. This position thrives on scheduling when our employees can work. Because of that, there are times when the hours our employees can work do not match the client's needs. However, we want this to be a flexible work environment and continue to look at ways to ensure the most flexibility for our staff, even if that means that it doesn't always match when the client has needs.
