There are a lot of smart and interesting people at LiveTechnology. Workers are willing to help out anyone when they have the time. There is opportunity to move forward in your career. Projects are very fast paced and require developers to perform at high levels. Upgrades to UI have made it very interesting to work as well as the ability to deliver top class systems. In my experience, the doors to engage with upper management has always been open. This allows for a developers to fully express their concerns and successes. Cons
There are many bad reviews mostly due to the pace that the company runs at. There are some people who have a very specific way of thinking and working and they are not looking to improve their ways. Deadlines can sometimes be very demanding. This can build up a large amount of stress as well as tap into your work-life balance. Salary can be better for a tech company. It does get very stressful at times. Social Gatherings have stopped. Bringing social events back would alleviate work related stress.
