-Great place to learn technical, hands-on, in-depth media measurement -Data + Math teams are great to work with, strong technically, helpful and collaborative, have good structure -People are straightforward and genuinely friendly overall. -
Cons
-Old Liveramp employees need to be upskilled on technical expertise, media/ads domain expertise, and project management. Little to no playbooks or structure in approaching projects. -Too many admin/project mgmt roles (various account teams, csm, account, em, sales/pre-sales) not enough technical/hands-on roles working in projects. -Exec leadership has hard time explaining Liveramp Solutions to Wall Street. Don't expect jumps in stock price; but more worrying is that institutional investors then push for layoffs and restructuring.
