Pros
Compensation is decent. There are some genuinely intelligent and kind people who work here but sadly this is overshadowed by the blatantly horrible leadership. It seemed like some people at the company may be happy but no one on my immediate team was. You get stock options here which would be nice if the stock wasn’t tanking.
Cons
No one is set up for success - there was no proper training or process on my team. It was chaotic from day one until the very last one. Senior leadership did not do anything or offer any support beyond setting unrealistic goals. Depending on your team the glass ceiling here is real and truly a boys club with exclusionary practices. Layoffs crushed the spirit of most people at this company and the CEO simply delivered a tone deaf speech that shamed all current employees for being worried about being on the axe. I would not recommend anyone accepting an offer here unless you do due diligence on the team dynamic and make sure you are not joining one with a toxic culture (which was unfortunately the case with a lot of teams here). Diversity was nonexistent here and all initiatives are performative / leadership does not care to promote anyone who isn’t a white man.
