Pros
Company does their best for employees, an atmosphere is great, and a lot of talent is in engineering department. It is really a great place to learn and grow, where most recent tech is used and being created. Now I feel is the time when those that love the company and care about its future will support it a lot in those difficult times for the entire world.
Cons
Nothing major, really. There are things company needs to work out, but a recently chosen direction is good in my opinion.
