Some genuinely nice colleagues (though many are leaving)
Cons
Lack of HR support for employees - always under performance review, without training or support. Employees are treated as dispensable Favouritism and closed-door leadership, no trust or true transparency Culture of fear, high turnover Many staff are visibly unhappy and unsupported High turnover is excused as “start-up culture” — don’t believe it I left thinking: "I'm glad I got out." Would not recommend
