Everyone is urged to find solutions, speak their mind, contribute across departments. Big picture focus is just as important as attention to detail; ultimately, we work together to achieve our goals. There are very few cons at LiveGlam, it really just depends on what you are looking for in a work environment. Patience is key. Because everything is so hands on and focused on the individual, it can take more time for some to settle in. This is because you are part of crafting your own goals, responsibilities, day to day. While we have goals for every person who joins the team, we are also looking to learn from the individual. We want people to contribute, to engage with their role, let us know what they feel is working and what isn't.
