Pros
Most of the employees have been working here for years and know the system very well. Everyone is always willing to help out each other and work well together. Hours are very flexible and there isn't a lot of micromanaging as long as you are getting your work done.
Cons
Technology is always changing so you need to dedicate time into staying on top of new technology and trends.
