Pros

You can work with most dumbest people. Managers here don't have prior related experience. People without basic knowledge come in through reference and next day they are managers. You will be forced to do everything, you will be made to do videos for social media for companies benefit even if not interested. Managers and Seniors here thinks they are next to worlds powerful person but which is their myth, You will get exposure of old age home or pre school for free after join here.

Cons

Safety for women is not concerned, Any problem female will be targeted and sent , responsible male will be sitting there continuing the same, next question why it's not told to managers, fact is managers are part of this. The workplace culture is highly unprofessional and toxic. Lack of skilled leadership and guidance; employees often seem untrained and unqualified for their roles. Decisions made by the management often feel uninformed and detrimental to employees’ careers. Zero focus on employee development or long-term career growth. Poor communication and collaboration, leading to unnecessary conflicts and inefficiencies. Management is more active on social media than office They will terminate you without any reason.

We take feedback seriously, whether it is positive or negative, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. However, we find it perplexing that an intelligent individual like yourself has chosen to air grievances anonymously instead of taking a direct and constructive approach. You had the option to address these concerns openly or use the company’s *Whistleblower Email ID*, which is specifically designed to ensure confidentiality and fairness in resolving such matters. Why shy away from this opportunity if your intentions are genuine? Your remarks raise important topics, but they are laced with inaccuracies and assumptions that need to be addressed: 1. Unsubstantiated Claims: The assertion that management hires unqualified professionals or promotes individuals without knowledge is baseless. Our hiring and promotion processes are stringent, with clear benchmarks for skills, experience, and potential. We hire for ATTITUDE and Train for skills. Your comments on managers' attitudes and myths about their power are anecdotal and lack substance. If you have specific examples, why not present them directly? 2. Mandatory Employee Activities: Participation in videos or other team-building initiatives is a standard practice in many organizations to enhance visibility and engagement. If you faced discomfort, was this ever communicated to HR or your reporting manager? 3. Safety and Gender Issues: We strongly condemn any actions that compromise workplace safety, particularly for women. If such incidents have occurred, we urge you to report them with details. Accusing management of complicity without evidence is a disservice to your peers and the company. Our policies prioritize fairness and equal treatment. Every employee, irrespective of gender, is encouraged to voice their concerns through official channels. 4. Compensation Concerns: Salaries are structured based on roles, experience, and industry benchmarks. It’s worth noting that while pay may vary, we ensure timely and fair compensation for all. Constructive suggestions regarding pay structure are always welcome. 5. Workplace Culture and Career Development: Efforts to foster growth and professional development are ongoing. It’s disheartening to see these efforts being dismissed outright. If you have actionable ideas for improvement, we’d be eager to hear them. Our advice to you: Your advice to management highlights valid areas like professional hiring, fostering a healthier culture, and focusing on employee growth. These align with our goals, but constructive criticism carries weight when backed by facts and communicated professionally. We challenge you to rise above anonymous negativity. Utilize the tools provided by the organization to make your voice heard in a constructive and impactful way. Misrepresentations not only harm the organization but also demotivate hardworking colleagues who are committed to making this workplace better for all. Let’s aim for solutions, not sensationalism.
