      Pros

      Learn lots of sales techniques, great first sales job, gotta love the hustle. If you do you can do well.

      Cons

      Expect you to work 6 days a week even tho you are 1099, drive around a ton, put tons of miles on your car. No benefits, its commission only so if you aren't making any sales it can become quite hard and stressful

      A great environment and a welcoming feel. The company gets me excited to work and i feel i have stability

      Work ends a bit late at 8, but its really a nonissue

      Pros

      Tons of opportunity to make money as long as you put the effort in. The people are great and they take time to train you the right way. I’ve been with other companies, but never received the kind of support I’ve gotten here.

      Cons

      Great company but I didn’t realize I had to split a commission with a sitter. They worked it out and now I know for the future.
