I had had the pleasure of working at LRR for a number of years having previously worked with the founder Victoria in the Digital Division at Cohn & Wolfe and have been impressed with all that she has achieved then and throughout her career. I’ve always admired Victoria's go-getter attitude and exceptional work ethic. She has always led with a strong sense of accountability and an unwavering focus on results, setting a high standard for herself and everyone around her. What truly sets Victoria apart in her CEO role at Little Red Rooster is how deeply she values her team. From organising international retreats to investing in meaningful initiatives like creating a food pantry during the pandemic, she consistently shows that people come first. She fosters an environment where individuals are empowered to perform at their best.
