Pros

The team was lovely, supportive and easy to work with. The office location suited me well, and most of the owners and tenants I dealt with were genuinely nice people. The salary was average/reasonable better with commissions if you qualify, the workloads were not fair. Overall, there’s good potential here if both the leadership for staff support improved.

Cons

The wages are inadequate for the level of responsibility and workload expected. The volume of work was excessive, with no real downtime and far too much stress. Managing over 200 properties is unrealistic for one person, it inevitably leads to things being overlooked and burnout. A portfolio closer to 140 properties would be far more manageable. It’s genuinely concerning to consider what is being missed under such pressure. Unfortunately, the National Manager showed little genuine care for staff. Her focus seemed to be on maintaining her appearance online rather than supporting the teams nationally. We were expected to meet unrealistic targets, and any sense of enjoyment or balance in the role was completely stripped away. My genuine opinion is that the CEO appeared disconnected from the realities of the real estate industry, showing more interest in personal pursuits then being the kind of strong, grounded leader that staff could respect and follow. All exec team leaderships managers demonstrated very poor leadership qualities where empathy and authenticity were clearly not part of the approach, some execs attitudes seemed to be “just get on with it,” where they for a period promoted the need to work in a safe space and then don't show this when staff on the floor need it. The company’s systems are outdated, inefficient, and unnecessarily complicated, which only increases the workload rather than streamlining it. HR is ineffective and lacks integrity. It’s clear that many within HR are closely connected to Exec management creating conflicts of interest and leaving staff without genuine, qualified support.

Pros

Not Really much. Lots of small groups in office and lack of training

Cons

Close to home but lots of driving with no reimbursment. Waste of time.
