It is a slave ownership in the 21 century. Believe it or not, but the Chinese management thinks teachers cleaning and sanitizing the whole area is ok since they always hired people desperately looking for visas and that’s why their so-called teachers are not educated but just holding on to the sponsorship ready to be whoever the boss says.

Teachers are nice, pay is decent.

-you will be overworked and you have to keep teaching different age groups within a day with no help and expect you to teach back to back. -scavenger hunt to find materials for your lessons, management is just busy getting more children to enroll but no support for teaching staff. -manager will be in her little office thinking of ways to cut cost but earn more money and end up putting everything on the teachers. No support, but more classes of mixed ages.
