Not necessarily a con but goals are difficult to meet. Leadership is good about working with the team to get things done and set expectations.

Pros

The compensation plan is structured to generously reward overachievement, and quotas are ambitious but attainable. More importantly, the ecosystem of support—from sharp Solutions Engineers who nail complex demos to a marketing team that drives qualified pipeline—sets you up to actually hit and exceed those numbers.

Pros

Team has always been stellar, even throughout the years of talent leaving/getting laid off.

Cons

Low pay compared to national average. They preach 'performance based raises' but it really just boils down to whether you're the favorite or not. Litify's constantly chasing bigger clients, which means as a developer you are constantly churning out features to appease them. Tech debt is stacking up, lack of documentation, next to zero accessibility features, lack of polish on older features (lots of stuff kicked down the road). Tons of vibecoding going on now, enjoy code reviewing for hours. Product is feeling buggier and less cohesive over time. I can only imagine what the other product teams have to put up with.
