Pros
Medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock options are very good, and the company is a huge corporation so there isnt alot of the fly by night practices that happen at other dealers
Cons
You will work very long hours especially if you want to make big checks, the training is ok for new hires but once you get the initial orientation there is not much in the way of continuous improvement
