Horrible horrible Management communication is non existent. Favoritism is exactly what you will read everywhere on these reviews. Sale’s managers get paid over 6 figures smoking half of pack of cigarettes a day doing nothing agents get written up and even terminated for performance but company does nothing to help that morale has been down now more than half the year since all the changes have been made every week another change is happening and we just suck it up. Employee handbook is fake because everyone goes against it. This company had a lot of potential they fired the wrong people during the purge a couple months ago.
