Cons
Ever since lithia has bought out the dealership. Nothing gets done, we have no HR in house to take care of personal issues. Hiring is a joke takes weeks or months to get help. Lube techs have lost bonuses. We've lost so many great techs because of the lack of management and lack of caring Lithia has shown.
