Way to many come-backs, as an adviser you are held responsible, if the customers not happy you get a bad customer satisfaction report. Finally it weighs on you and your numbers start slipping then more weight is applied. The adviser may not be in control of dispatching or the tech's but all mistakes are on you. Watch out for the good ol boy club!
