Awesome company to network as high turnover gives you many connections as you meet new faces often. If you are young and stupid a great company to work for as it provides you with a wonderful foundation to grow and flourish from. They have an awesome training program to learn the tactics to obtain great profits for them to adjust behind close doors. Then you get your paycheck and fully understand why you receive no vouchers after the sale as every other dealer does.
Cons
No commission vouchers. You have no idea what you made till payday. Corporate management favors no input from employees. Smoke and mirrors company. Look at senior management as they stop in a few times a year and the polar negative energy they provide and weird snide comments as they leave.
