Pros
The commission is probably the only good thing about working for this company. The majority of the employees (sales representatives) are pretty great, too.
Cons
They have an extremely high turnover rate, for obvious reasons. As soon they get new employees they have a tendency to fire the old ones. Upon hiring I was told I would work one weekend per month. I worked every single weekend instead. The company is run extremely poorly as far as the sales team goes. I cannot speak for other departments as I only worked in sales. I was given no notice of possibly being fired due to performance. During training, I was told if performance is not up to par then I would be placed on a PDP and given three months to recover. If that was not met, then I would be let go. That's completely understandable. However, I was not given any of this. Instead I received a call that I had been terminated.
