Disconnected Senior Management, out of touch with the reality of what people "really" are thinking. Disintegrating culture. Being different from typical Wall Street firms was once the mantra, but no more. It would be fine to model oneself after Wall Street culture, except they seem to only be adopting the bad habits, and not the good ones.
