Not Going Well - Anonymous employee Liquid Controls LLC Employee Review

Poor management and a total lack of quality. Management keeps making changes without any obvious benefits. Instead of looking at the core problems. It is pretty obvious what they are yet nothing is done about it. The hiring practices really need to be reviewed since managerial and other key positions. May look good on paper, but they completely lack the ability to do the job. We hear bragging about how great they are, but don't really see them putting those great abilities to good use.
