      Pros

      Good working resources. Kind people. Excellent review process. Flexible work hours (sometimes....) Mentor program is good for CPA students.

      Cons

      "Flexible" working hours isn't really flexible. Bonus pay is bad. Salary increases are minimal. Overtime put in is virtually that of the Big four firms. Some in management position are unapproachable/ unkind.

      The people doing the work are all really great people

      Cons

      Private Equity owned - fast paced - intention to sell. Dehumanizes the employees who are doing the hard work. No rewards have been identified so not clear on what we are working towards.
