      multi national company, secure?, profitable, still growing, some good people managers

      Cons

      unseen costs, profitable company has no money for new hires, new projects or new equipment?? your future with the company always seems to feel uncertain, micro management by some managers who just cant leave you to work. there is more

      Pros

      The team has embraced new ideas. This is a growing company, YOY, and the opportunities for growth and development are there for your taking. It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

      Cons

      Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
