Friendly coworkers Nice office (at least the one in Copenhagen) A wide spectrum of projects

The worst CEO you can imagine (disrespectful, lazy, untruthful, fraudulent) Employees are being laid off with no reason Employees are leaving after a short while because they can not stand the CEO Employees in Wroclaw are treated much worse than employees in Copenhagen The company has tragic reputation on local market in Copenhagen, hence slowly moving operations to Wroclaw There are almost no skilled employees left - this is their first job for almost all employees and they have been doing it for less than 1-2 years. There is no one left with the knowledge about the projects

Competitive salary for devs. There is a 5 word minimum but I can't think of anything else, the colleagues used to be the reason i got up in the morning but pretty much all of them don't work there anymore.

Literally everything else. The worst boss you can imagine, the kind who just wants you to say what he wants to hear, he'll ask you to tell the truth and if you do say what you think he'll explain at you why what you think is wrong. And if someone do speaks up to him to try to make him see what doesn't work, there's a good chance he'll decide to fire them. The employees in Copenhagen have almost all left, and with them the knowledge of the projects. And the employees in Wroclaw are treated as second class citizens, replaceable and never gets told about whats going on.
