Pros
Be aware that most of these reviews were provided when things were good. The CEOs executive assistant reaches out to you and tells you when it's your turn to leave a review for the company. Very odd to schedule reviews - so of course most of them are positive because no one wants to be outed for how they really feel. - Unlimited time off (that you'll rarely take because you have too much work to do) - Work from home - Some of the people are cool to work with
Cons
-Leadership is completely disconnected from each other and it's employees. Each has a different idea of how things are going and even though there are a ton of meetings no one has a clue. - Below average pay. The only time someone gets a raise is if they can fire someone else. - They will praise and promote under performing people (people who have to be told multiple times just to do their job) just as long as they suck up and always say yes to every single project. - No growth. They have promised growth for 10 years but they have to lay people off so they don't go out of business. They completely eliminated the sales staff so the CEO could do all the selling. He has lofty goals that he couldn't even reach with a sales staff, not sure how he thinks he'll reach it now. - Culture is destroyed. The MANY rounds of layoffs in the past year really killed any momentum. People are desperately trying to find new roles and get out before it goes under. - They don't actually care how you feel or that you are doing the job of 3-4 people. They can't keep up with other very successful marketing agencies. - They don't care about new ideas or ways to improve.
