Pros

Casual atmosphere, remote opportunities, nice people

Cons

Leadership acts without thought for how it will affect employees down the line. Also not consistent with tools and processes they request employees to use. Staff tries to use them, but higher-ups don't, so they always break. Consistently slaps together mediocre products, sells them, and then customer service has to deal with fall out. More worried about quantity than quality. Not a place you want to stay long term.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. You've pointed to a something that we've worked hard on -- streamlining our internal tools and processes. New companies with rapid growth tend to go through "growing pains", and we're no different. We are doing our best to make it so team members have the best, most efficient tools at their fingertips. We offer quality learning and SaaS products that have positively changed the lives of many of our customers. This rewarding feeling is the reason why many of our team members stay on long-term. Great benefits, happy customers, and an awesome team all makes for a satisfying work day. I see that you've moved on to another opportunity. I wanted to thank you anyway for providing feedback on your experience.

Pros

My review does NOT reflect the previous CEO listed (Ben Kniffen) as he is no longer with the company. Prior to acquisition by Solidyfy back in early 2025, it was a great job with the best coworkers. I really felt like they cared about me as an employee and as a person.

Cons

After the acquisition, the vibe and culture of this place completely changed. It was not the same company anymore, and not in a good way. I was let go due to budget cuts and I wasn't the first, and wasn't the last. It's disappointing - and the new CEO in charge seemed to not care one bit. Basically cut an entire department/drove people away.
