Pros
I really can't think of any pros to this company. They allow unethical things to happen to their employees by management and do nothing about it.
Cons
Management was unprofessional, holidays off were not a guarantee, you begin to accrue 3 days of vacation after 1 year of service. The technicians were paid minimum wage and required to work a lot of overtime.
