Amazing place!!! - Recruiter Link2Geek Employee Review

I came with past experience in recruiting and ended up learning a whole new craft in how to be a headhunter! The company provides great hands-on training and I've already been able to take on more responsibility with clients and work on more senior positions. We specialize in tech startups too so we get to work with founders and investors, and learn about new technologies and products all the time. I've already learned so much about new technologies and industries even just in the first few months! The team is super nice and has been extremely helpful as well.

The company is fully remote, which I know isn't for everyone. I actually love being remote and being able to make my own schedule but if you're not experienced working remotely it can be a transition.

I've recruited for a few companies now and I can't say I've ever experienced the type of relationship that Link2USA builds both with their employees and their clients. It's not only exciting that you'll have the opportunity to work on more senior/executive positions, but the company truly partners with their clients and builds a type of relationship you just wont get from other recruiting firms. Most of the clients are early stage tech startups so building more of a true partnership is definitely mutually beneficial and has taught me even more about how to build trust with leadership teams and hiring managers. I also feel fortunate that we've never really had to do any business development, since there always seem to be companies knocking at the door (and that only want to work with us!). These type of exclusive contracts are pretty much any experienced recruiter's dream.. The internal org and culture is on another level as well. Anyone who's worked in a search firm or recruiting agency will honestly appreciate the level of effort the team puts in to creating a fun and exciting culture to work in. I can truly say I enjoy coming to work every day.

Really nothing worth sharing in terms of the Cons for the company. Recruiting has it's pros and cons in general.. Any experienced recruiter knows that there will always be rough patches.. however the leadership does a great job of coaching you through those challenges so you can appreciate the wins even more.
