Pros
Willing to hire less-experienced staff, great opportunity to learn. They're a fantastic entry-level position for people breaking into the superannuation/insurance industry.
Cons
Poor work culture, with a consistent expectation of unpaid overtime, for significantly below average pay. Awful offices that are poorly equipped, but a return to office mandate. No regular pay increases. Business is incredibly disorganized. Processes are frequently changed at external stakeholder direction or manager initiative, but those changes are not implemented well, or are poorly documented.
