Pros

Great place to work, always kept interesting, there's multiple team activities, ongoing training and support. Doors are always open and Directors available for any questions. Forget upper management, seniors v juniors, etc. Everyone works together and help each other. A highly diverse team, means you are always learning something new from multiple industries and backgrounds. Also, a great place to share your ideas, not only are they happy to listen and give it a go but you are encouraged to find something new, or a different approach that will help make things better.

Cons

None really, you even get a health bar

Pros

I am currently working at LINK as a Client Manager for the LB Team. I feel well-supported by my Team Leader and colleagues. The weekly training sessions for the bookkeeping and advisory team help me stay on track and continuously develop my skills, allowing me to benefit from the valuable insights shared by my coworkers. One of the best aspects of working at LINK is the ability to express my concerns openly to my Team Leader and the Directors in a professional manner. I always appreciate having this opportunity and I truly value my time at LINK.

Cons

Managing tasks for multiple client accounts simultaneously can be a bit challenging for someone who prefers more straightforward, repetitive tasks.
